How Intuition helped Steve Resolve a Commercial Dispute
‘I’m a Permaculture teacher, landscape gardener, designer and builder of eco-villages in Australia.
It took everything I had and more to finish construction of the Aldinga Arts Eco-Village SA, one of the largest legal intentional community developments in the world. Sadly, one of my then fellow eco-village company directors got ill with cancer, with devastating results. Accounts were unpaid, creditors threatened to sue.
At this time, I’d invested all I had for over a decade by way of my time and personal funds, designed and built the landscape, co-written the Village By-Laws etc, sat for hours in various government bureaucrats’ offices, to work through the red tape.
I got to know Kim when I was at the end of my tether, had chronic neck pain, was not able to work, found it difficult to work, litigation was threatened. Unwell and depressed, I thought it seemed we had no choice but to go to court.
I invited Kim to help sort out the mess that was my life. Her intuitive guidance led me to a physiotherapist who understands the mind body connection and I started using a posture pole, which relieved the neck pain.
Kim reviewed the eco-village company emails, concluded that there was no point in litigation, the situation required mediation, and she knew just the right person. Mediation was cathartic - just being in the one room together.
At one point one person left and we thought all was lost, but they returned. We ended the day with hugs, tears and a peaceful resolution! I was finally able to move on, sell my block in the Village, follow my dreams to outback tour guide, taking people to spectacular sacred sites and working with Aboriginal Elders in the Kimberly.
I’m so grateful for Kim’s assistance in one of the darkest times of my life with her healing and legal experience. The Arts Eco-Village is thriving, its success has attracted much attention as a way for how humans can thrive in harmony with nature and each other.’
